Your Steps to CTO Plus 2026!
STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR POWERPOINT
- Must be a PPTX file.
- Include a 2nd slide disclosure.
- Use the CTO slide template.
- Include a last slide summary/conclusion.
- Follow CME Presentation Guidelines.
IMPORTANT: This is not an in-person presentation. Your files are on-demand videos only.

PowerPoint in the .pptx only and formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Convert your Keynote file to PowerPoint (.pptx) and check formatting before uploading.
- Maximum of 20 slides. We cannot accept more than 20.
- Download CTO 2026 templates for your slide background.
- Self-recorded MP4
Ensure your presentation meets all presentation guidelines. Presentations found to not meet requirements will be contacted by CRF.

Required Disclosure
- All presenters MUST have disclosure information in the second slide of your presentation.
- Download the required template and select the relevant slide: Nothing to disclose OR you have disclosures.

Summary/Conclusion
- The last slide of your presentation should be a summary/conclusion slide.
- Your last slide must not be a hidden slide. Because of PowerPoint programming, your last slide may be shown even if hidden.
STEP 2: RECORD YOUR PRESENTATION
- Use the MP4 format only.
- Your MP4 video submission must be a 5 to 10-minutes self-recorded presentation, not to exceed 10 minutes. We will not post to the platform any other types of files or any incomplete submissions.
- During the presentation you must share your PowerPoint slides and summarize the most important points of your case/poster, just as if you were presenting during a live conference.

- Here's an example of how your final recording should appear.
- Preview your video file (MP4) before uploading to ensure it meets your own expectations, as well as the meeting requirements. Your uploaded file must be the final version. CRF and/or Encore will not edit or alter your submission.
STEP 3: UPLOAD YOUR FILES
Deadline: February 10, 2026 (11:59PM EST)
2 Files Required:
- (1) PPTX
- (1) MP4 Self-record
Early upload by February 10, 2026 (11:59PM EST) is necessary to screen for technical issues and to ensure it is posted to the platform. Failure to comply with this deadline and required file submissions will jeopardize your file making it to the on-demand platform.
- Enter your email address and password.
- First time? Click “Forgot your password?” to create a password to upload your presentation(s).
- Use the email that received the communication to upload/the primary email in the CRF Faculty system.
- Select the presentation to upload for and upload 2 Files: PPTX and MP4 (both required)
- Check the correct files were uploaded.
Use the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you do not have access to one of these browsers, please send Encore your presentation via email or an online storage service such as Dropbox or Box, and they will upload the files for you. You must include talk title, date, time, presenter, etc.
