Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellations will result in a charge for one night’s stay, plus applicable taxes and fees, per the hotel’s policy.
Food and Beverage
The New York Marriott Marquis offers a variety of dining options, and the immediate neighborhood has endless restaurants and eateries.
During the conference, academic satellite breakfast and lunch programs may provide meals at designated check-in times in program rooms.
Discounted Rate
Take advantage of the special CTO Plus 2026 attendee rate of $239 per night (standard room, excluding taxes and hotel fees). This discounted rate is available only through the official booking link included in your registration confirmation email and is subject to availability.
Booking Deadline
Reserve your room by Thursday, January 22, 2026, 11:59 PM EST (UTC −5) to secure the CTO Plus 2026 discounted rate (subject to availability). After this date, rooms will be available on a space-available basis only. Note that discounted rooms may sell out before this date.

Coat and Bag Check
Luggage storage is available at the hotel bell desk, and a coat check service will be offered onsite for a nominal fee. Please do not leave personal items unattended.

- Ride-Share: Call a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft.
- Car Service: Prearrange a black-car service (list of licensed black-car services).

BY TRAIN
- Long Distance: Amtrak provides long-distance train transportation to/from Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station.
- New York Metropolitan Area: Commuter railroads include Long Island Railroad to New York Penn Station, Metro North Railroad to Grand Central Terminal, and New Jersey Transit to New York Penn Station. The PATH train is a New York to New Jersey subway serving nearby New Jersey locations.
BY CAR
Bringing a car to New York is not recommended. Street parking is not available, and garage parking is expensive. If you do plan to drive to New York, check this list of parking garages near the New York Marriott Marquis. In addition, valet parking is available at the Marriott Marquis for $95 per day.
